We've had these at work for about six months. They routinely mute the first call of the day, add a fuzzy feedback to the headset, or decide not to work completely. All of these things are fixed by unplugging, or switching from phone to computer and back. Simple but obnoxious.

I bought the MDA 200 to use in conjunction with my Phonak hearing aids and the Phonak ComPilot. The ComPilot links well with other devices, but not when paired with the MDA 200. Almost every call I answer over the MDA200 is dropped within 30 seconds...So not only did I waste money buying the device, I lose sales from customers who don't call back. I assume that the problem is with Plantronics since I had the same issue with a different brand of hearing aid when used with their Voyager. Support people are nice, but don't really have any idea of how to fix the problem.

I've used this product for 5 months more and very satisfied with it's feature in the perspective of convenient. But only one problem is there. If you use this for real phone line, you can hear your keyboard typing sound even you use what kind of hand free headset.

I bought this so that I could use my Plantronics Voyager Legend in my office with my desk phone, computer and cell phone. �Its seamless to use with any of the three!
